Swiss Alps mountain peaks shrouded in clouds at golden hour

Luma Retreats

Digital Silence. Alpine Depth.

The Philosophy

In a world that demands constant connection, we offer something rarer: disconnection. Not as escape, but as return. Return to stillness. Return to clarity. Return to self.

The Swiss Alps have held silence for millennia. Between peaks and valleys, beneath expansive skies, we create space for executives and leaders to encounter what noise obscures: presence, insight, renewal.

This is not a vacation. It is a practice. An intentional withdrawal from digital saturation into embodied awareness.

The Silence Journey

Seven days. Four phases. One transformation.

Day 1

Arrival & Surrender

You arrive by private transfer. Devices are collected with care, stored securely. The first silence is uncomfortable. We guide you through it.

Days 2–4

Deep Stillness

Morning meditation at dawn. Silent mountain walks. Nourishing meals without distraction. Guided breathwork. Journaling. The silence deepens. Thoughts settle like snow.

Days 5–6

Integration

Optional one-on-one sessions with retreat guides. Gentle movement practices. Extended solo time in nature. You begin to hear what the noise was covering.

Day 7

Return Preparation

Re-entry rituals. Creating sustainable practices for your return. Devices returned only after conscious transition. You leave different than you arrived.
